Trial Access to the Mathematics Source Database
Main Library of Warsaw University of Technology is pleased to announce trial access to the Mathematics Source database, available via the EBSCOhost platform.
Mathematics Source is the largest full-text database in the field of mathematics, offering comprehensive access to literature in pure and applied mathematics as well as related disciplines.
The database includes:
- over 800 active full-text journals and magazines,
- more than 500 active peer-reviewed full-text journals with no embargo,
- a specialised thesaurus containing over 4,000 terms,
- hundreds of international titles providing a global perspective,
- 643 active journals indexed in Web of Science or Scopus,
- 560 unique titles not available in any version of Academic Search.
Mathematics Source supports diverse learning styles through both textual and visual exploration of mathematical concepts and offers information literacy training in over 30 languages.
The subject areas covered by the database include, among others:
- algebra,
- calculus,
- combinatorics,
- differential equations and dynamical systems,
- geometry,
- topology,
- trigonometry,
- number theory,
- logic,
- information theory,
- statistics,
- signal processing and probability.
Trial access will be active until 30 June 2025 for all users from computers in the WUT network, and from any computer for users registered in the Integrated Library System.
